REO/Asset Management Companies
We work with companies from all over the country that have assets or bank owned properties in the Memphis area. We do broker price opinions (BPO) for these companies, giving them the information they need to price their properties for quick sale. Sometimes it involves securing the properties, winterizing them, marketing their condition “as is” or overseeing and managing the renovation of the properties before they are listed.
I started my Career in Real Estate in 1985 and received my Brokers license two years later in 1987. I opened Baer & Company Realtors in 1987 serving both residential and commercial real estate needs. These included site selections and warehouse space for Wal-Mart. After many years, I decided to dedicate my time to residential real estate only and joined Crye-Leike Realtors. In my twelve years at Crye-Leike I became a life member of the Crye-Leike Million Dollar Club consistently receiving top sales awards as well as the company’s highest achievement The Circle of Excellence Award. With this, I was made Vice President of the company.
I have obtained the professional designation of Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate of Realtor Institute (GRI) and Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES). I continue to pursue educational opportunities in my field in order to keep up with the ever-changing industry.
